LIRAC

The Laboratory for Interdisciplinary Research on Archaeological Ceramics (LIRAC) is a facility for the macroscopic, mineralogical, and physico-chemical investigation of archaeological ceramics. In collaboration with the facilities at the Brockhouse Institute for Materials Research (BIMR), the McMaster Nuclear Reactor (MNR), and the Research Group for Stable Isotopologues (MRSI), LIRAC provides researchers and students with the infrastructure and expertise necessary for the detailed examination of ceramic production and usage.
