UTS Technical Services staff provide technical services to the McMaster community as follows:
  • Repairs and upgrades to Personal Computers and Printers (Laser, Inkjet, etc.)
  • Network Adds/Moves and Changes
  • Network Maintenance
  • Virus Detection and Removal


The service rate is $75.00 per hour with a minimum service charge of $37.50.

Customers requiring any of the above services should contact the UTS Service Desk by email at uts@mcmaster.ca or at ext. 24357.
